Cancelation: Our cancellation policy is dependent on the vehicle(s) reserved.

Sedans: Reservations can be cancelled without charges for any single reserved sedan up to 24
hours prior to service. Cancelations within 24 hours will incur a charge in the amount of the full services
and fees due in the original reservation.
Limousines, vans, buses and multiple vehicle reservations vary according to the vehicle reserved,
the time of year (ie. proms and New Year’s Eve) and company owned vs affiliate owned vehicle. Be sure
to inquire about specific cancelation policy per your vehicle(s) PRIOR to making the reservation.

Deposit: A deposit is not required for single sedan reservations. A deposit is required for all
specialty vehicle reservations (limousines, vans, buses, multiple vehicle) and varies according to the
vehicle reserved, the time of year (ie.proms and New Year’s Eve) and company owned vs affiliate owned
vehicle. Generally, deposits are non-refundable. Be sure to inquire about the specific deposit policy per
your vehicle(s) PRIOR to making the reservation.

Flight Cancelations: We will make every effort to accommodate clients whose travel plans change due to cancelled flight. Cancelation charges will be waived only in the event we are notified by the passenger in time to make adjustments AND the services are rescheduled. Once a vehicle has been
dispatched, full cancelation charges will apply.

Weather related conditions: The safety of our clients and drivers is always our first priority. A Ride
In Luxury, Inc reserves the right to limit or cease operations due to poor road conditions without
penalty or compensation. See flat rate fare surcharges for weather-related surcharge policies.

Flat rate fare surcharges due to extended travel or wait time: Flat rate fares are based on exact
mileage and estimated travel time between locations with a courtesy 5 minute wait. Additional wait
time charges will be billed for wait time beyond that. A 20-30% fare surcharge will be added at the
sole discretion of A Ride In Luxury, Inc when road or traffic conditions are such that travel time
exceeds the estimated travel time by 20% or more.

Intoxicated or unruly passengers: We encourage our clients to be safe by not drinking and
driving. While doing that, we must also be mindful of other clients who have reserved services
for the vehicles as well. At the sole discretion of the driver, clients who are unruly or appear to
be too intoxicated to safely ride in the vehicle without getting sick will not be allowed to board
and will need to make other arrangements for transportation. The credit card used to reserve
the booking will be charged the full charges of the reservation. (Clients who are unable to stand
without swaying or walk without assistance are considered to be too intoxicated to board.) A
minimum cleaning fee of $100-$250 (dependent on the vehicle and contractual arrangements)will
be charged to the credit card used to reserve the vehicle for any regurgitation in the vehicle. Illegal
activity of any kind (underage drinking, illicit drugs, smoking in vehicles, etc) are never allowed
in any vehicle and will result in immediate cessation of services with no refunds on full charges.
